Partner & Event Marketer
As our Partner & Event Marketer, you will enhance our partner relationships with strategic management and drive our virtual events and training sessions. You also will be working closely with the COO and Marketing Associate to support sales activities and new business development.
· Plan internal and partner training and events, from start to finish according to the topic, requirements, target audience and identifying potential customers.
· Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities.
· Creating sale and event presentations.
· Formulate initiatives to gather leads and develop a sales funnel, eg: virtual round tables.
· Attend and present Datanaya services at virtual events.
· Support sales by assisting in developing new business relationships through outreach.
· Actively manage and grow new and existing partnerships and customer accounts.
· Effectively relate to our partners and customer, and their needs to continue the relationship to build rapport.
· Send follow-up responses in a timely manner (within 24 hours).
· Provide weekly reports of your targets, accomplishments, quotes and blockers.
· Update CRM (MS Dynamics) and track all sales related communication and activity.

· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to retain and build trust relationships.
· Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
· Effectively communicate with all levels of management, other members of the team and partners.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, or experience with a similar CRM.
· Ability to think on the spot and provide creative solutions.
· Be confident in presenting material and representing Datanaya.
· 2-4 years of experience with event marketing, partnership management, or selling SaaS experience is preferred.
